Story
Hi, I’m Jesse McKenzie, founder and director of Build Up Belize, Inc. My heart for missions began when my family lived overseas during my high school years, and it’s only grown stronger since. Over time, God placed a special calling on my life for the people of Belize — a place that has become like a second home to me.
With a background in construction and a passion for service, I feel called to use my skills to build more than homes — to build hope, faith, and lasting change through Christ’s love.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age"

What's Next
Spring mission trip to Burrell Boom, Belize
This Spring, Build Up Belize is heading back to Burrell Boom to repair a local widow's home that is having structural issues
